Uncertainty about Integrations
Certain Leadpages advanced integrations are exclusive to the biggest plan.
On top of that, the service doesn’t make it clear exactly which these are.
Leadpages doesn’t have the largest number of integrations, to begin with, so it’s disappointing that it’d reduce the pool even further for those on a budget.
Leadpages has three pricing plans available. You’ll receive a sizable discount if you pay for a year upfront. All packages come with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the service without paying.
The Standard Plan costs $49 a month or $37 a month for an annual payment. This amounts to $144 in total for the whole year. This package gives you access to most items mentioned in the review except online sales and A/B testing. The subscription is valid for one website only.
The mid-range Leadpages price is $99 a month or $74 a month for an annual payment. That’s $300 in total for the whole year. In addition to the basic features, the Pro Plan gives you access to online sales, A/B testing, and LiveChat support. With it, you can have up to three active sites.
The Advanced Plan is available for a custom price. Its main advantage is the access to advanced integrations, phone calls for one-on-one assistance, and the fact that you can have up to 50 active sites.
On top of that, you can create a Leadpages custom domain with all annual plan sign-ups.
Leadpages Customer Service and Support
The customer support can be slow, but it does depend on the pricing plan. Standard Plan holders will receive support via email. Pro Plan users can access LiveChat for quicker responses. Advanced Plan subscribers can contact an agent via phone for direct and constant support throughout their session.
Once you’ve made contact, the agents are thorough and helpful.
As part of our Leadpages review research, we contacted the customer service team. Being a DIY platform, we were curious what the extent of the support was exactly. The agents explained that all the legwork—setup, script installation, etc.—must be done by you, but they do provide extensive advice.
They’ll even make a short custom video for your specific problem to show you exactly what you need to do. Emails have a 24-hour turnaround for replies, but most of ours arrived sooner. LiveChat and phone call support are available from 9:00 am-5:00 pm CT Monday to Friday.
